From FAST Kids to FAST Track
At FAST Running, we believe in building athletes from the ground up. Whether they start with FAST Kids or develop their skills through FAST for Sport, we take pride in seeing young runners grow in confidence, ability, and ambition.
For Sanjna, Darcy, and Lea, that journey has now brought them to FAST Track, where they are embracing the challenge of targeted training and event specificity. Each of them has transitioned from foundational programs to high-performance training, proving that progression in athletics is not just about speed but about commitment, learning, and the right support system.
The FAST Track Transition
Sanjna, Darcy, and Lea began their journey in our development programs, building key skills in fundamental movement, agility, and speed mechanics. As they grew in confidence and ability, they were ready to take the next step—focusing on event-specific training to refine their technique and performance.
Now as members of FAST Track, they train alongside like-minded athletes, gaining valuable insights into competition preparation, advanced drills, and race execution.
The Power of FAST Females
One of the most rewarding aspects of this transition has been the support they’ve found in FAST Females. More than just a training group, FAST Females is a community—one that fosters camaraderie, motivation, and a shared determination to achieve personal bests.
With each session, Sanjna, Darcy, and Lea push one another to be better athletes. They’ve embraced running excellence not just as a goal but as a mindset—challenging themselves and supporting each other every step of the way.
A Pathway for Every Athlete
Their journey is a testament to how FAST Running provides a structured pathway for all athletes, whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their performance to the next level.
We are excited to see where their hard work, dedication, and team spirit take them next!
