Spider-Man: Track to Home Canberra Sprint Coach, January 18, 2024January 18, 2024 Australia’s fastest track recently played host to FAST Running’s Spider-Man: Track to Home. The squad had some fun as Peter Parker, Miles Morales, Bruce Wayne, Barry Allen, and Super Cody. The young super heroes all raced off to answer the question, who is the fastest Hero in the Multi-verse? The super training session at the AIS focussed on starts and reaction speed. Newcomer Carter Finch enjoyed the frivolity as well as practising sprint drills and then applying them to the track. Carter plays football in the Canberra Premier League for West Canberra Wanderers Football Club as a Right Wing, where speed is an absolute essential tool for the job. Carter, an English Lad by birth, is hoping to fine tune this skill with FAST Running and one day play for Manchester United. FAST for Sport FAST Track News CanberraFootballRunning TrainingSprinting
