Charlotte who was positioned 8th after the heats has improved her overall position in the final. Her new official Personal Best for the 100m is 14.32s. Short of Chelsea Tobin’s Ginninderra Athletics club record however pretty quick nonetheless. Charlotte placed behind both girls from her heat making it the fastest of the preliminaries. A good competition for her having finished 9th in the 200m. The only other competitor to finish in the top ten in both sprint events other than Charlotte was an athlete from Victoria.
