Training Program and Fees Training Program FAST Running offers development programs to assist individuals in their own athletic journey. These complimentary programs provide everyone the chance to excel in their own way. Improvement is solely based on an individual’s own goals and their stated satisfaction. FAST Kids: for children under 12 years of age; FAST for Sport: for athletes looking to develop and play at an higher level; FAST & Active: for anyone looking to start their journey and be more active; FAST Track: our sprint, hurdles and jumps program for athletes aged 12 years and over; FAST Performance: for professional and elite performance athletes of any sport discipline; We also provide training by correspondence, private (one-on-one) training sessions on request, and the Accelerate: School Holiday speed clinics. Commitment Improvement is heavily impacted by an athlete’s own commitment to the training program. FAST Running will encourage everyone to engage fully to training in accordance with their own individual availability and training load. Fees There is no lock-in contract when it comes to attendance or payment. FAST Running operates on a pay-as-you-go method, providing every individual with the flexibility to fully commitment to training or take time away as they need. Please contact us for the fee per session. Note: Whilst we charge a fee per session, we cap the total amount payable per week. Therefore, if you commitment to 3+ training sessions in any given week, you will not pay more than double the individual training session fee. This means the more you train, the less you’ll pay. FAST Forward Scholarship Program FAST Running through its generous sponsors is able to support athletes in need. Each year we offer 5 scholarships to assist disadvantaged Athletes to reach their full potential. This unique program levels the playing field in sport, removing a number of worries, and burden on athletes who otherwise wouldn’t be able to pursue their sporting dreams. To be eligible you must be 12 years of age or older (by 1 January of each year) and be willing to train in the ACT. Recipients will receive coaching and support to the value of $3000/each.
