FAST & Active Helping adults get Active The FAST & Active Program is designed to support adults who juggle the demands of work, family, and training. FAST & Active focusses on helping recreational runners to run better. No previous running or training experience is necessary. FAST & Active is ideal for those who need to run better for their job, seek to return to running after some time away, or for first-timers seeking to “get off the couch” and be more active. Group and individual sessions consist of improving running form and increasing running load (how far and often). Participants are guided by our the award winning Canberra Running Coach, Steve Dodt, who works with each individual to understand their needs and goals. A training program is agreed and as a team we work together to monitor and evaluate progress. FAST Running Social Club FAST Running encourages strong social dynamic among its members. The FAST Running Social Club gets together regularly away from training, to provide members with team support, encouragement, inspiration, open dialogue, unwinding, and getting to know one another at a personal level.
