FAST Flo-Jo at training Canberra Running Coach, August 23, 2024August 27, 2024 Florence and Joanne, aka Flo-Jo, have settled in well to FAST Females, regularly attending training with the other female members of FAST Running. The supportive nature of the group offers a welcoming experience to all new members to FAST, regardless of their background, fitness or experience. Flo-Jo have taken up the opportunity to do strength and mobility training on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday night, as well as running fast at the track with the bigger group on the other days of the week. Their respective performances have shown real improvement with not only their times getting better but their running form and level of enjoyment increasing too.
