Hard Work Meets Athlete Care Canberra Sprint Coach, December 18, 2024December 22, 2024 Training in the Heat Yesterday, with the temperature soaring to a scorching 34 degrees, the FAST Running squad tackled an intense session at the AIS. Despite the heat, our athletes showed incredible resilience, pushing themselves to the limit under challenging conditions. At FAST Running, we prioritize not just performance but also the well-being of our athletes. After the hard grind, we made sure to cool things down with icy treats as a reward and recovery boost. It’s all part of our Athlete First approach—balancing hard work with thoughtful care to help our team stay strong, safe, and ready to excel. We’re proud of the dedication our squad shows every day, no matter the conditions. Want to see more from behind the scenes?
