Relay medal for FAST duo Canberra Running Coach, March 26, 2022February 7, 2024 At the recent 2022 Australian Under Age Track & Field Championships, the ACT Under 14 Mens 4x100m relay placed third in the final to claim the bronze medal, just behind Victoria and NSW respectively. The team included FAST’s very own Joshua Smith and Daniel Nwaobi as well as young guns Richard Yu and Eamon Henderson. The ACT’s quartet all featured in the 100m preliminaries earlier in the competition, with Richard and Daniel making the individual final in the 100m but placing outside the medals.
