Under the guidance of Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, the session made use of the prevailing tail wind and pairs joined together for some overspeed training. The School Sport ACT Track and Field championships for Under 12s will be held on 17 September at Woden Park and the Over 13s on 24 September at the AIS.
