A taste of FAST Canberra Running Coach, May 2, 2024August 29, 2024 FAST Running engages with its members in many ways. Through our shared goal of running excellence, nutrition plays a significant role in helping us all achieve that. On a regular basis we get together, share recipes, a meal, and cook together at the FAST Recovery Centre. The inspiring meals and great ideas help us to learn from one another, as well as appreciate what we all bring to the table as a team.
