I started out just wanting to do 100m but he believed that I could be a good 400m runner and helped me convince myself that I could do it. Steve is always providing positive feedback and makes sure that if we never put ourselves down no matter how bad our performances are because everyone makes mistakes and everyone has good and bad days. He is really helpful when it comes to injuries, if you can’t run he will give you training based around your injury, he says that “just because your injured doesn’t mean you can’t train”. Not only is he a coach but he is a friend. He always makes sure everyone feels welcome and encourages them to have a go and have fun. When it comes to Athletics, Steve puts his heart and soul into everything he does with his training squad.” Alumni Community FAST for Sport News Testimonials FAST FemalesGinninderra Athletics
