As one of our dedicated Masters sprinters, Kos is preparing to take on the 60m, 100m, 200m, and 400m events in what will be his first major competition since taking up sprint training in 2021. 🔥 A Celebration of Sport for Masters AthletesThe Australian Masters Games is a week-long festival of sport that brings together athletes from across Australia and around the world. The 20th edition of the event, held from 18–25 October 2025, promises to be one of the best yet, with Canberra hosting athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to national medalists. 🏃♂️ From Training to Race DaySince joining FAST Running, Kos has been steadily improving his speed, strength, and race preparation, building towards this exciting goal.
