Night Off from running Canberra Sprint Coach, July 16, 2024August 27, 2024 Members of FAST Running regularly get together for a night off from running to hit the gym, doing strength and mobility sessions at the FAST Recovery Centre. These sessions currently focus on core exercises, compound lifting, single legs, and upper-body strength. Eliza and Dom who only started with the group in July have made regular appearances at these FAST & Furious sessions. Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, oversees these sessions and matches the running program with what happens in the gym.
