As a member of FAST for Sport, Sam has utilised the skills he’s learning from Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, to develop his speed and acceleration. The ACT Junior Rugby Union (Brumbies) have recognised Sam’s speed in his inclusion in their Under 13 Boys Training Squad. Sam’s speedy legs will keep him out of trouble in the games ahead that’s for sure. His training with FAST Running has included developing sprint specific power, mobility, acceleration, reaction, and speed endurance to date. Sam has improved in the last three months and his recent wins at the School Athletics Carnival show he’s truly a speed demon both downhill on the snow and on the track.
