Freya is part of our FAST Track and FAST Females programs, bringing her incredible talent and determination to the squad. A Stellar Young Athlete Freya recently showcased her skills on the national stage at the 2024 School Sport Australia Sydney 12 Years & Under Track & Field Championships, where she proudly represented the ACT in the 100m, 200m, and Long Jump. Competing against some of the best young athletes in the country, Freya demonstrated not only her versatility but also her passion for athletics. Joining FAST Running As part of the FAST Track and FAST Females programs, Freya will now have access to expert coaching, a supportive training environment, and resources designed to help her reach her full potential. These programs emphasize skill development, technical improvement, and confidence-building, all while fostering a sense of camaraderie and empowerment among young athletes. Looking Ahead With her dedication and talent, Freya is sure to achieve even greater heights in the future. FAST Track 2016 Australian Masters Athletics Championships April 19, 2016February 7, 2024 The Australian Masters Athletics Championships were held in Adelaide from 16 – 19 April 2016.
