Jess is the latest member of FAST Females and FAST for Sport program, where she hopes to build speed to further enhance her game for TUFC and support her team in the crucial role of CB. Jess is an exceptional athlete who enjoys strength and conditioning training. FAST for Sport is complimenting her training and competition load, to ensure that she is primed to play each game with the right mindset and physicality needed. Speed is a transferable skill with the right mentorship. Working with Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, FAST for Sport members learn what they need to do to improve. This translates into noticeable gains that fellow footballers Georgia Reilly and Sophie Porter are happy to talk about. Our very own Ava Piazza made her A-League debut having been given the challenge to get faster by her coaches. FAST Running is looking forward to watching Jess’ improvement and looking forward to hearing how her new found speed helped her make crucial interventions in games. whilst making the difference for winning or losing matches this season.
