Winter school holiday running clinic on the sand

The July 2024 School Holidays featured the latest FAST Kids’ Accelerate Winter Clinic. This edition was hosted at the Lyneham Beach Facility, which is the premier sand sport venue in Canberra. The World Class eight court facility was chosen for the Winter Sprint & Agility Clinic to provide training variation and lots of fun.

The children who attended Accelerate learned how to improve their running action and speed. The Clinic provided the training essentials in warming up, acceleration, agility, reaction time, and maximum speed development. The skills learned are transferred easily to every sport where running fast is required.
