FAST trio graduate Canberra Running Coach, September 22, 2018February 8, 2024 FAST’s Vivian Williams, Jone Pio and Jordan Green have all graduated the Level 1 Community Athletics Coach Course at the University of Canberra. The course focuses on the fundamental skills of running, jumping, and throwing that comprise all track and field events. Focus is placed on skills, games, and drills that foster enjoyment, improvement, and long term athlete participation. The recently graduated FAST trio of sprint coaches are looking forward to mentoring the up and coming athletes in FAST Kids, FAST Track and FAST for Sport.
