Post meet eats Canberra Sprint Coach, February 14, 2024February 14, 2024 This weekend’s post Summer Series eats session was at Grease Monkey in the Woden Town Centre. FAST Running athletes catch up after a race and talk shop, reflect on performances and celebrate accomplishments together. The social side of FAST Running is just as important as the technical side as it offers support and assists with peer review and feedback. Video reviews with Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, can be done at the track post race or in the comfort of FAST Running HQ on the big screen. All feedback is captured and posted to the Athlete Diary in the athlete management system. FAST 2.0 Community Social Club
