School Nationals Wrap Up Canberra Running Coach, December 5, 2015November 2, 2023 School Nationals is almost a wrap for another season and FAST have had a hell of a weekend. The squad have made it into 8 separate Finals from 100m, 200m, 400m and the 400m Hurdles in both Melbourne and Canberra. There’s been 6 top 8 finishes in the Country so far with another two more tomorrow (maybe podium finishes) and bronze medals in two relay events to Chris Mecham and Matt Walters. Another two top ten finishes to Charlotte Rauraa and Ethan Robards to round off the championships. Next Sunday is the State Relay championships and we are looking forward to some great racing followed by a celebratory get together to put into perspective all that hard work over the winter.
