Summer Series: 10 February 2024 Canberra Sprint Coach, February 14, 2024February 14, 2024 The wind was not kind to the sprinters at Summer Series on the weekend. Most races experienced over -2 wind readings, creating havoc for anyone chasing an automatic qualifier for Nationals. FAST Running was well represented with Josh, Mathias, Nate, Nick, and Vishaal all competing. The lads all won their respective starts in the 100m, 200m and 400m, showing exceptional reaction times and lots of power out of the blocks. Young gun Nick especially showed he can match the more experienced and older athletes in his heats especially. No one ran any Personal Bests in the strong windy conditions though. So everyone is looking forward to racing again this coming weekend at the ACT Junior Championships . FAST Track News Ginninderra AthleticsResultsSouth CanberraSprintingWoden Athletics
