Tearia joins for her first FAST Run Canberra Running Coach, August 3, 2024August 27, 2024 Basketball ACT’s junior performance program member Tearia, joined for her first FAST Running session at Parliament House recently. Training with FAST provides Tearia with the skills to excel on the court including speed, power, agility and acceleration. FAST Running trains a number of FAST for Sport members who take what they learn at training back to their chosen sport and excel in these areas as a result.
