The FAST for Sport program delivers the fundamentals and secrets to sprinting to all sports and every player. FAST Track is the sprint, hurdles and jumps program for athletes looking to improve their performance through targeted training and event specificity. FAST Performance works with professional and elite athletes. There are weekly training sessions held right across Canberra under the supervision of FAST’s enthusiastic and encouraging Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt.
