Athletes can party Canberra Sprint Coach, May 29, 2024August 29, 2024 When FAST Running celebrates, it’s a real party. Last Friday, the squad and our FAST Friends got together for a big celebration. The theme was “athletes can party” with everyone encouraged to unwind, relax, and mingle. The menu was self catered, with a healthy assortment of foods including cucumber canapés and greek protein yogurt smoothies, banana slices with almond butter, a delicious grazing table, a hearty chicken soup, dark chocolate fondue, greek yogurt and berry cake, and a chocolate avocado cake. Whilst there was BYO Drinks, it was the homemade hot mulled wine (Glühwein) and the Kinderpunsch (hot mulled non-alcoholic cider) that were the favourites on the night.
