The FAST & Furious training sessions provide focus on power, core, mobility, recovery, and strength exercises. The continued investment in equipment for training enables FAST Athletes to prepare in the best possible environment but also in a safe setting. The gym sessions compliment the running workload and provide additional benefit from the standard track session.
