Mark pops out for a few hard runs Canberra Sprint Coach, May 3, 2024August 29, 2024 FAST Running was very happy to welcome back to Canberra recently Mark Rossiter, an Australian Masters representative and record holder, and now Queensland local. Mark who previously lived in Canberra, has trained alongside many of the FAST squad over a number of years, including as a relay team mate in State and National Championships. Mark is renown for his hard training regime and his work trip back to the ACT he was expecting nothing short of that. His wishes came true with two gruelling winter workouts, that placed Mark and many of his FAST Running compatriots on the edge of lactic and oxygen deprivation. The end result is best left for the track, but Mark thoroughly enjoyed his training session and is looking forward to doing equally as hard as training when he returns to Brisbane. For more information on joining for a run with Canberra’s hardest working sprint squad, contact Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt.
