FAST holds regular training sessions at UC for students and our members alike. If you are looking to improve your running, FAST can assist you. We have training on campus since 1995. Our sessions range from Hill Sprints, Minute Runs across Campus, Plyometric Strength sessions, Coaching Courses, the Mini Olympics, O Week Activities, Morning X-Country runs, supporting the UC Athletics Academy and more. FAST enjoys running training at different venues across Canberra and beyond.
