Start line Canberra Sprint Coach, September 3, 2024September 3, 2024 The excitement of the new athletics season has begun with good mates Tom, Sam, Lewin, Nick and Tom joining Daniel, Mathias, Jon, Clare and Nicole at Australia’s fastest athletics track for some starts. The FAST Teens get the opportunity to train beside their older and more experienced team mates, learning how they go about block starts, under the watchful eye of Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt. These training sessions offer valuable exposure to more technical elements of sprinting and give everyone the chance to blow off some cob webs as they head into the new season.
