A Rising Star Returns to the Track Canberra Sprint Coach, December 29, 2024December 29, 2024 Eva Ault-Connell FAST Running is thrilled to welcome Eva Ault-Connell to our FAST Track program this December. Eva’s journey in athletics has been one of passion, resilience, and determination—qualities that embody the spirit of FAST Running. As a standout competitor for the ACT at the Australian All Schools Championships in Perth, Eva made her mark in the 100m and Long Jump, achieving a personal best in the latter. Since then, injuries and time away from the sport have tested her resolve. Now, with a renewed focus and a fresh perspective, Eva is ready to reignite her athletic career and pursue her dreams of one day representing Australia. A proud member of the Woden Thunder Athletics Club, Eva is a versatile athlete excelling not only in sprints but also in Long and Triple Jump. Her drive and enthusiasm are undeniable, with Eva describing herself as “dead set keen” to take her talents to the international stage. Joining FAST Running means Eva is stepping into a community that values running excellence, the importance of a supportive team environment, and access to high-performance coaching. Under the guidance of Ginninderra Athletics Life Member and High-Performance Coach Steve Dodt, Eva will benefit from a wealth of experience and tailored training designed to help her reach her full potential. At FAST Running, we pride ourselves on fostering a community where athletes of all levels and disciplines can thrive.
