Can’t stop me Canberra Running Coach, August 20, 2024August 27, 2024 The athletes of FAST Running have different goals and aspirations, but they are connected through the unshakeable belief that they can’t be stopped in achieving their dreams. Everyone’s story is unique though. There are challenges and obstacles that force us to build resilience and mental preparedness. In the video below, you will see Brendan working his way back from being badly injured in a “hit and run” involving an eScooter. There is also Jaimi-Lee’s story of overcoming the pressures of studying medicine at Sydney University and training remotely. For Tom it’s handling the sporting load of being a Premier League Footballer and a talented 400m runner. Mathias has had to rebuild thanks to a Triple Jump injury that saw him miss 8-weeks of pre-season training. With Daniel it’s about finding a pathway to enjoy his life as an elite sprinter whilst remaining connected to his friends and family. FAST Running is a team led by Canberra Sprint and Running Coach, Steve Dodt. With Steve’s guidance, everyone’s goals and aspirations can be articulated into an achievable plan. Speak with FAST Running about your story and what running fast can do for you.
