End of the road for winter Canberra Running Coach, July 20, 2024August 27, 2024 Cold and dark evening sessions, frosty and rainy weekend mornings, yet as a team, FAST Running gets behind one another and finishes as we started, strong. It’s been a tough 3-week training block, however the squad has been attending in good numbers all throughout. With the end of July in sight, thoughts have started towards spring, and the end of the road for winter. With a month to go before the warmer weather and the days get longer and brighter, a transition into faster running for everyone is being warmly welcomed. For more information on what the year ahead looks like for FAST Running, reach out to Canberra Sprint and Running Coach, Steve Dodt.
