Rediscovering the Track: A Journey of Strength, Speed, and Self-Discovery Canberra Running Coach, March 4, 2024March 4, 2024 FAST & Active welcomes Madi Duberal on her journey of strength, speed, and self-discovery. Madi was introduced to FAST Running by her good friend Jaimi-Lee. Madi, a UC Graduate, hopes to train regularly and improve her fitness over middle distance events including the 800m. Recently she has been training on her own and doing short runs up to 3km. Hearing that she could join a group session and get feedback from Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, made Madi jump at the chance as well as get in a few runs with her good friend! FAST & Active focusses on building the capacity of the individual to run better. Sessions are scaffolded to provide a challenge yet not be beyond the their reach. Working together, the Coach and the athlete, plan future training sessions around the needs of the individual and agreements on their availability and commitment.
