FAST Running has been helping the children of Canberra prepare for the upcoming season with our regular FAST Kids programs. Each week there are FAST Kids training in the North to the South of Canberra, in Kambah, Deakin, Kaleen, Bruce, Page and Stromlo. Small group sizes means everyone gets equal attention.
