Ty’s a Giant on the track Canberra Running Coach, October 24, 2023February 7, 2024 You can’t miss Ty Shepherd when he’s training with FAST. Ty’s a GWS Giants Academy player (AFL) and he stands out. The sixteen year old can play ruck, mid field or in attack. Ty recently played in the AFL National Development Championships and played the Grand Final for Eastlake FC in the AFL Canberra 2023 Rising Stars Men. Ty’s training with FAST is going to give him real gains. He has already focussed on improving his running form. The differences will make a huge difference on the field in his next game. With preseason not far away, Ty’s cross training with FAST will give him the edge come selection time, in terms of speed and improved fitness.
