Over reaction Canberra Sprint Coach, September 3, 2024September 4, 2024 Sunday saw the members of FAST Running come together for an overspeed and reaction session at Aranda. Training started with fun and engaging warm-up games appropriate for all ages. This brought everyone together and made for an enjoyable group session. Under the guidance of Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, the session made use of the prevailing tail wind and pairs joined together for some overspeed training. Putting some speed into the legs in the lead up to the ACT School Track and Field Championships will provide real benefit towards qualification times and performances. The School Sport ACT Track and Field championships for Under 12s will be held on 17 September at Woden Park and the Over 13s on 24 September at the AIS.
