Included as part of the training programme at FAST Running, athletes do not need to maintain expensive memberships at commercial facilities with limited availability. Group and private training is offered to each individual member. FAST Females athlete Ava enjoys the sprint specific strength exercises as well as the mobility work on hip flexors and plyometrics. Whilst her teammate Marijke is building her power and core conditioning for the gruelling multi event. After training, a quick dip in the outdoor pool assists with session recovery and preparation for the next session on the track.
